Bedtime and wake alarms
Alarms that follow tonight's plan. When your bedtime moves, the alarm moves with it.
TuckIn reads today's strain, your sleep debt and your wake-up time from Apple Health and sets one bedtime for tonight. Then it plans your day backwards from it: when to get light, your last coffee, your last meal and when to wind down.
Elevated strain. Bedtime moved 31 min earlier so you recover.
Useful history. No instructions for the next 14 hours.
Every time updates as your strain rises and you log coffee during the day.
Alarms that follow tonight's plan. When your bedtime moves, the alarm moves with it.
Pick the app categories once. TuckIn shields them when your wind-down window opens. Optional, and you stay in control.
Check a coffee against tonight's bedtime and log it with one tap, without opening the app. More widgets are on the way.
TuckIn turns heart rate, resting heart rate and HRV into a daily strain score. More strain means more sleep tonight.
The sleep you owe from recent nights when you slept less than you needed. TuckIn adds it to tonight's sleep need, so you can bring it back down.
On-device AI reads last night and points to what actually needs your attention, whether that's your sleep need, time awake, or deep and REM sleep. Example shown.
Scroll through a day with TuckIn. Each window is worked out from tonight's bedtime.
Daylight in the first hours of the morning anchors your circadian rhythm, so you feel sleepy at the right time tonight.
TuckIn models caffeine with a half-life. Log a drink, or tap the widget, and the cut-off moves to keep what's left at bedtime low.
Late digestion keeps your core temperature up when it should be falling. TuckIn tells you when to have your last meal of the day.
If you choose, TuckIn pauses the entertainment apps you pick for the hour before bed, using Apple's Screen Time.
Not a fixed time. A hard training day or a short night moves it earlier. Your bedtime and wake-up alarms are set for you.
This is the same calculation the app runs every day. In the app, strain and sleep debt come from Apple Health automatically. Here you can try your own numbers.
The caffeine cut-off assumes one drink and the default 5-hour half-life, with under 20 mg left at bedtime. In the app you can set your own half-life, and every drink you log counts. TuckIn needs about a week of sleep data from Apple Health before its numbers are fully personal to you.
TuckIn works out your schedule on your iPhone. There's no account to create, and no TuckIn server holding your health data.
Open the app, connect Apple Health, set your wake time. That's it.
Data stays on your device and syncs only through your own iCloud account.
No third-party analytics or ad SDKs. Just HealthKit, SwiftData and CloudKit.
Revoke Health access in Settings, or delete the app to remove its local data. Read the privacy policy.
TuckIn reads sleep and heart-rate data from Apple Health, so you need a wearable that writes those to Health. Apple Watch does. Many other trackers do too, if their app syncs to Apple Health.
Your tracker tells you how you slept. TuckIn tells you what to do today so tonight goes well. It uses the data your tracker already collects, so they work together.
TuckIn builds your baseline from the last 45 days in Apple Health and needs at least 7 nights of 4 hours or more. If you already wear a tracker, that's usually there on day one.
TuckIn is free to download on the App Store.
